•  Leadership & Staffing: Ensure day-to-day teller staffing is on point for smooth branch operations.
•  Cash Management: Oversee branch cash vaults, cash orders, and secure storage/movement of funds.
•  Team Development: Coach and train teller staff to uphold excellence and adhere to company policies.
•  Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed.
•  Operational Excellence: Perform teller duties as needed and handle other assigned responsibilities. What They're Looking For
•  Proven teller experience (supervisory experience a plus.).
•  A commitment to professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
•  Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and reflect the brand's values.
•  Low absenteeism with a strong record of punctuality.
