Job Title: Lead Technical Recruiter Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week onsite) About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a high-performing, hands-on recruiter who sets the standard for the team, mentors others, drives accountability, and leads by example. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding Serve as the first line of support for team questions, guidance, and recruiting operations Mentor recruiters and the recruiting coordinator, providing coaching, accountability, and support Own and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage cleared, technical candidates Conduct phone screens and lead candidate interviews with confidence and professionalism Ensure the ATS is kept organized and compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and documentation Collaborate across departments and with external partners using respectful, courteous communication Proactively identify process improvements and bring forward new ideas to enhance effectiveness Hold the recruiting team accountable for reaching goals, staying engaged, and delivering results Handle interpersonal and team conflict with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking Represent Prime Time Consulting at job fairs and industry events as needed Support and oversee recruiting-related social media efforts in collaboration with the recruiting coordinator Stay up to date with recruiting trends, tools, and legal requirements to ensure continuous learning and compliance What We're Looking For: Proven experience recruiting for cleared technical roles (TS/SCI or higher preferred) Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support others Highly motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven with a passion for sourcing and candidate outreach Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills Flexible schedule availability for candidate needs outside of standard hours A team player who also isn't afraid to hold others accountable when needed High integrity, accountability, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement Familiarity with federal, state, and local recruiting laws and regulations Experience with ATS systems and social media recruitment strategies Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience, including cleared recruiting Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams Knowledge of government contracting industry and technical roles Company Perks 200 hours of PTO annually 6% 401k Contribution Competitive Health Care Options Short Term/Long Term/Life Insurance Annual Training Budget We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
