Job Description
The Embedded Software Engineer will design, develop, and test software for new products as well as maintain the software for existing products. This role involves leading projects, managing scope, schedule, task definitions, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test embedded software for new products.
- Maintain software for existing products.
- Lead projects from concept to production.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and task definitions.
- Conduct risk management for software projects.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of embedded software engineers.
- Create and manage tasks for 2-week sprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- 10+ years of embedded development experience

Work Environment
The current team consists of 4 embedded software engineers. The Embedded Software Engineer will provide technical guidance and leadership, managing and creating tasks for 2-week sprints.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
