THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As Lead Support Specialist: Retail Tech Integrations, you will be responsible for deploying technology into the retail environment.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL THESE GOALS BY:
  • The coordination and implementation of hardware solutions for our retail stores.
  • Provide timely support to the Service Desk and retail associates.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) for retail component including but not limited to network devices, point of sale hardware, PC's, kiosks, and mobile devices.
  • Design and provide support for designated hardware technologies such as Oracle Retail xStore POS, PC Technologies, MDM solutions, network and wireless devices, and more.
  • Test new technology; develop solutions, and develop documentation for the store environment.
  • Investigates equipment specifications and evaluates equipment durability, performance and efficiency. Manage the lifecycle of equipment to ensure compliance with business standards.
  • Work directly with peer ULTA IT, security, operations and business teams to deliver store technical services necessary for store operations.
  • Provides 3rd level support for store technical issues.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Problem solving skills.

  • THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related discipline or equivalent experience required.
    • Minimum 3+ years of IT experience supporting retail specific technologies.
    • Strong Communications, customer focus and leadership skills required.
    • Strong team player with proven experience and ability to collaborate with other server, network, storage, database engineers and administrators required.
    • Proven experience and ability to manage problem resolution of complex or intermittent issues in a multi-vendor, integrated enterprise environment.
    • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
    • Solid knowledge of industry best practices and technical systems.
    • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki (or other Cisco Networking hardware) or HPE/Aruba hardware
    • Knowledge of VOIP systems
    • Ability to write scripts and automate processes using PowerShell or native scripting Technology.
    WORKING CONDITIONS
    • Normal office demands, ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
    • Off-Hours support including 24x7 on-call required.
    • Overnight work required leading deployments with in our stores required
    The pay range for this position is $27.02 - $34.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
