Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Speech Language Pathologist SLP at our clinic in Hayward, CA. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children of all ages. Speech Language Pathologists also develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy services, and collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals. Our Lead role includes being the point person at that location and supervising SLPAs and/or CFs.
Establish rapport with each client and their caregivers
Provide fun, play based therapy to Early Intervention Clients
Provide fun, functional therapy to preschool and school aged children
See clients for 25-50 minute sessions
25% of every day is set aside for administrative functions and breaks
Qualifications
SLP: Master's degree, no CFs at this location please
State license required-we can assist if you are applying now
Bilingual applicants encouraged
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,500.00 - $115,000.00 per year
