Lead Solution Architect

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL / Tampa, FL - Onsite

Job Type: Contract 12+ Months (C2C/W2)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the existing system to identify areas for improvement
• and modernization.
• Design and implement a multi-tenant solution, leveraging your strong knowledge
• of database design and architecture.
• Lead the migration of our current solution to the cloud, ensuring optimal
• performance and scalability.
• Develop and implement API capabilities to enhance system accessibility and
• integration.
• Break down the existing database at a multi-tenant level and suggest necessary
• code changes to the legacy application.
• Upgrade the system's security to a single sign-off model.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global, and multicultural teams.
• Develop standards, frameworks and patterns that can be shared to existing

developments team

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a solutions architect, software engineer or related technical role in technology domain areas (e.g., cloud computing, security, networking, Open API's development).
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and

technical challenges.

• Experience Microsoft SQL Servers.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and familiarity with enterprise application

architectural styles (Microservices, Broker, Serverless, etc.).

• Knowledge of hosting services in a cloud environment with high levels of security

along with database technologies with distributed cache management.

• Expert experience in C and JavaScript, including frameworks like Angular and

React and .net framework modern versions.

• Proficient in Domain-Driven Design, CQRS pattern, Entity Framework, Open

Telemetric, and Distributing Caching.

• Advanced knowledge in database design and API development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS. Relevant certifications
• are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate

complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
