Lead Solution Architect

Job Description

Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking an onsite Lead Solution Architect with design and implementation experience within the planning, manufacturing, and inventory space, with a focus on process manufacturing. On a day-to-day, responsibilities include developing and maintaining the overall architecture for back-end solutions, particularly focusing on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. You will have to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and long-term business objectives, creating and documenting architectural models, frameworks, and guidelines. You will also be responsible for evaluating program or project challenges, creating conceptual and logical architectural designs that alleviate challenges, and providing technical guidance in implementing those designs. Staying updated with industry trends and Oracle Cloud releases, you will be involved in recommending and implementing new tools, technologies, and processes to improve the architecture and development process. Additionally, you maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications, preparing and presenting reports on project status, system performance, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.

Salary: $116k-$173k

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or in lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in experience in IT

8+ years of experience in IT or a solution architecture role

Proven experience in designing complex hardware and software solutions in large-scale manufacturing environments

Experience with Oracle Cloud solution architecture
