Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong experience in Node.js, Angular, AWS services, and SQL.
• Proficiency in GraphQL and PostgreSQL is also required. An AWS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, as the role involves troubleshooting and resolving production issues in addition to core development responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with end-users (clients) and interact with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot end-users' issues and determine the root cause of the issue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to the end-users.
• Provide data fixes to resolve backend data-related issues.
• Provide detailed documentation for code-level defects.
• Hands-on development experience using Node.js and Angular in a cloud infrastructure environment.
• Be proactive and determine ways to improve application performance (infrastructure and application-specific).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough continuous monitoring, testing, and code & infrastructure walkthroughs.
• Provide technical guidance to the application team in case of issues determined during troubleshooting.
• Utilize AWS services and monitor key performance indicators to determine how the application is running.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js and Angular
• Proficiency in AWS services
• Expertise in OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, NoSQL, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
