Responsibilities Include: - Working closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain comprehensive technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Staying abreast of technological advancements, experimenting with new tools, participating in tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
- Collaborating with digital product management to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve financial well-being.
- Leveraging programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and using Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as various AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- Have at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not count).
Preferred Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- At least 1 year of experience working with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- More than 3 years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- At least 2 years of experience applying Agile methodologies.

The salary range for this role is as follows:
McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000
New York, NY: $173,000 - $197,400
Compensation may also include performance-based incentives, which can comprise cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
