As a vital member of our dynamic Data Platforms team, you will play a key role in developing our next-generation data analytics platform and driving innovative solutions.
Your Role: Responsibilities - Design, architect, and enhance our data platform along with its associated services.
- Create large-scale, high-throughput solutions utilizing on-premise and cloud technologies like Kafka, Spark on Hadoop/Hive/S3, AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Engage in developing novel solutions for intricate technical problems while introducing cutting-edge technologies.
- Diagnose and debug issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with product and program managers, software developers, and analysts in a dynamic and creative setting.
Qualifications: Basic - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in programming languages (Scala/Java) and shell scripting.
- Experience with real-time processing technologies such as Spark, Storm, or Flink.
- Familiarity with Hadoop and Hive.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based big data services and technologies.
- Knowledgeable in lambda architecture and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications - Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive, with a proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure situations.
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and related activities.
- Experience with Couchbase and/or MemSQL is a plus.
Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $85.00/hr - USD $91.50/hr. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
