Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer with advanced expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions and oversee the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable and reliable applications.
Conduct regular code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including technical specifications and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
