Lead Software Developer

Design and develop custom ERP software solutions for comprehensive IT services, including application development, support, operations, and architecture. Analyze and develop integration solutions for both internal and external services and conduct architectural analysis of solutions. Solutions could include highly custom internal or client-proprietary technologies, methodologies, and services. Lead teams in system integration including ERP systems, product development, system architecture, and cloud computing migrations and deployments using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Act as the main product owner and lead other software development engineers to fully automate application testing to ensure seamless communication between SAP, client solutions and other software systems and provide feedback to internal teams. Lead development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle for various projects, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to determine business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for development teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards. Ensure software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing continuous improvement processes. Prepare documentation of technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring clear roadmap for development and implementation. Lead flagship programs for clients, including development and maintenance of fully native mobile applications framework. Maintain updated knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.

Requires two years of experience as a Software Engineer in: designing, developing, and deploying custom ERP solutions, including integration with internal and external services using APIs, middleware, and service-oriented architectures; and leading software development through all phases of the System Integration and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system integration, product development, system architecture, and cloud computing migrations using Agile methodologies.
Requires U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics or related field.
