As a Lead Sitecore Engineer, you'll be joining our team of talented experts. The right candidate will possess the following experience:
Job Duties:
- Sitecore Technical Lead with strong experience building out Sitecore XP 10.4, SOLR Cloud, EXM production environments.
- Experience configuring Analytics DB and Sitecore app configurations
- Should be able to hit the ground running with little support from the team
- Partner with Product Owner to upgrade the public-facing web platform from to Sitecore XP 10.4, EXM
- Partner with G2O Sitecore Team to develop Personalization features and enhance Sitecore EXM implementation.
Required and Desired Experience/Skills
- Passionate Senior Sitecore Engineer with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore XP configuring and deploying production web applications.
- Experience with Sitecore XP 10 and SOLR Production infrastructure tuning.
- Experience with complete/full Sitecore upgrades
- Experience with Sitecore Analytics (specifically with Personalization)
- Performance optimization within Sitecore
- Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies:
- Sitecore Helix pattern
- ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- Object-oriented/architectural design patterns
- Infrastructure design and Azure DevOps
- Git and Gitflow
- Understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Sitecore and best practices for customization and implementation
- Knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns
- Sitecore certifications
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexible to new situations and challenges
