Responsibilities
  • Lead the platform architecture, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Design and develop sophisticated workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
  • Enhance and maintain key modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and GRC.
  • Create secure, scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
  • Mentor junior team members and advocate for development best practices.
  • Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and change management protocols.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.
  • Proven experience with key ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Skilled in integrating third-party applications (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce).
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer).
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or custom app development.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v4 frameworks is advantageous.
