Lead ServiceNow Engineer at a prominent

Responsibilities - Lead the platform architecture, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and develop sophisticated workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
- Enhance and maintain key modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and GRC.
- Create secure, scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for development best practices.
- Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Optimize system performance and automate repetitive tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and change management protocols.
Qualifications - 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.
- Proven experience with key ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Skilled in integrating third-party applications (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce).
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer).
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or custom app development.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 frameworks is advantageous.
