Job Description:

Technical Comptency Experience of ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) and
ITAM within ServiceNow Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals,
Windows/Unix admin skills Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
Good understanding in Monitoring tool Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports
Good experience in Scripting & Reg EX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)
Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Behavioral competency Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
