Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Field Service Management (FSM) to design, develop, and implement FSM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management, along with the ability to integrate and optimize field service workflows.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design
  • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow FSM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to optimize field service operations.
  • Design and implement workflows, resource allocation, and technician scheduling for efficient field service delivery.
FSM Module Expertise
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the FSM module, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with other ServiceNow applications.
  • Configure and manage Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, Asset & Inventory Management, and Mobile App setup.
  • Ensure seamless integration of FSM with ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
Technical Implementation & Customization
  • Implement and customize ServiceNow FSM solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Develop custom workflows, automation, and mobile functionalities to enhance field service operations.
  • Integrate FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT platforms, and other enterprise systems.
Performance Optimization & Best Practices
  • Conduct performance testing and optimizations to ensure system scalability and reliability.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring FSM solutions meet SLAs.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for ServiceNow FSM implementations, including data model design, security, and change management.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on FSM.
  • 8+ years of experience working with FSM and other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
  • Expertise in FSM applications, including Dispatch Console, Mobile App for FSM, Work Order Management, and Inventory Management.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
  • Hands-on experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of field service workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and leading ServiceNow projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IoT integrations in FSM for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics for FSM measurement.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist â€" FSM or other relevant certifications.
Certifications:
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  • FSM-specific certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
