Ark Solutions Inc is looking for Lead ServiceNow Developer/Architect.

Position: Lead ServiceNow Developer/Architect
Location: REMOTE (Raleigh, NC)
Duration: 9+ Months and possibility of extension

Description:
The resources to work under Technology Applications in the Enterprise Technology Services group. They are being selected to work on the ServiceNow application. ServiceNow is the IT Service Management tool for Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration (CMDB) and Request Management.

List of tasks to be performed:
Technical Lead/Architect or developer(s) experienced in ServiceNow software development with the following skills.

SME in one or more of the following areas:

• ServiceNow Application Development
• ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge

Proficient in the following qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices
• Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Effective liaison leading technical development teams
• Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices
• Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups
• Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management
• Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies
• Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc)
• Problem/Risk Management
• MS Office Suite

Education:

• Bachelor's degree
