The clubhouse is expected to be completed in July of 2025 with the golf course to follow shortly after. Construction of the lodging began in April of 2025 with a completion date of March 2026.

JOB SUMMARY

This role helps ensure flawless service on the floor, supports and mentors the service team, and upholds the club's high standards of excellence and professionalism.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Take, prepare, and deliver drink and food orders for customers. Responsible for the high-quality delivery of each product to accurately reflect the customer's order.
  2. Enters patron's orders into the computer, verify accuracy of order, collect payment when finished.
  3. Clears tables and attends to the general cleanliness of the dining area.
  4. Trains new servers on standard operating procedures, sanitation, service requirements and point of sale system.
  5. Answers server questions regarding customer inquiries or requests. Resolves complaints.
  6. Acts as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and appropriate communication of service.
  7. Assists the chef with food preparation as required.
  8. Assists in coordinating special functions with the Food & Beverage Manager.
  9. Ensures the server stations and bar(s) are stocked and clean.
  10. Attends Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adheres to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy.
  11. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always.
  12. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.
  13. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
  14. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.
Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  2. Good oral communication skills.
  3. Can compute simple math and count change accurately.
  4. Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. 1 - 2 years previous experience in food service preferred.
  3. Certified Food Handler (or local certification)
  4. Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person 50-100%
  • Standing and walking 50-75%
  • Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 0-24%
  • Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and Driving 0-25%
  • Lift in excess of 25 pounds 0-24%
