Lead Senior Software Engineer

TMC Technologies is looking for a Lead Senior Software Engineer who is interested in joining our team supportingdevelopment, deployment and sustainment of the Mine Warfare and Environmental Decision Aids Library (MEDAL) Program atThe Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This is for a bid effort with an award decision from the government expected on October 6, 2025. Work will start on May 14, 2026. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in software, computer science, mathematics, or similar technical discipline from an accredited university. 6+ years of experience in one or more fourth generation Object Oriented programming languages such as (C 11/14, Java, etc.) under several operating environments such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX Experience using Agile (SCRUM) software development techniques and open, modular architecture software development.
