You will collaborate closely with the founding team to define and implement robust security best practices and frameworks as our category-defining AI solutions scale. You'll be tackling the unique security challenges associated with large language models (LLMs) and AI applications, ensuring utmost security and compliance.
Responsibilities: - Lead the security initiatives for our AI products and infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Evaluate, select, and manage security tools that align with our technological needs.
- Guide developers and stakeholders on security best practices to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Conduct compliance audits (SOC2, PCI, ISO 2700, etc.) to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in application security and cloud security.
Requirements: - 5 - 12 years of hands-on security experience, with a strong emphasis on application security.
- 3+ years of experience in identifying and alleviating security vulnerabilities within software applications.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python.
- A degree from a prestigious university.
Preferred Qualifications: - A background in AI or experience in red-teaming AI products.
- Experience in startup environments or as a founder.
