The Lead Scrum Master will be at the forefront of supporting and guiding Scrum teams while advocating for Agile principles and ensuring compliance with the Scrum framework. This pivotal role is responsible for driving successful product delivery by optimizing timelines, eliminating obstacles, and refining team processes. Alongside facilitating day-to-day Agile ceremonies, the Lead Scrum Master will serve as a coach and mentor for other Scrum Masters, fostering the adoption of Agile best practices across the organization.

- Daily scrums
- Sprint demos
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Planning
- PI Planning
- Coach and mentor multiple cross-functional teams in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Assist Product Owners in keeping a healthy product backlog and defining clear, actionable user stories with appropriate sizing and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with program, product, and release managers to ensure sprint goals align with broader organizational objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to assess team performance and Agile maturity.
- Promote Agile adoption and act as a change agent to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year of hands-on Scrum execution within an IT or software development context.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
- Solid grasp of iterative and incremental development principles.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Agile collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
