Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Scrum Master to join our Infor Application Team. The Lead Scrum Master will be responsible for leading multiple Scrum teams, facilitating Agile practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to critical applications. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFE Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams working on Time management applications to ensure consistent application of Agile practices and principles.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and aligned with Agile best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication within and across teams, as well as with stakeholders, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTE) and management, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance, to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, priorities, and deliverables related to Infor applications.
  • Agile Advocacy: Promote and advocate for Agile principles and practices within the organization, contributing to the overall Agile transformation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their Agile skills and knowledge, particularly in the context of Infor applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Experience in managing multiple Scrum teams is highly desirable. Experience with time management applications is a strong advantage.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of SAFE Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience in applying them in a software development environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools and software like ADO, to manage and track project progress. Experience with Infor-specific tools and platforms is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP is a plus.
Our Lead Scrum Master, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary Range:

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00
