Job Summary: As a Lead Salesforce Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud applications. This includes analyzing requirements, development, testing, and implementation.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with various third-party tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and other integration platforms). You will define roadmaps for upgrades, enhancements, and development efforts while crafting innovative solutions and collaborating in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations and configurations within Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business needs.
- Coordinate the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with external systems, including ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Enhance the performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
- Conduct user training and provide technical support to promote successful adoption of new features.
- Establish best practices for configuration, design, and development within Salesforce Sales Cloud, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and proactively recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and testing sessions.
- Perform proactive system maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, story writing, design and implementation, estimations, and other iterative development aspects.
The salary range for this position is $155K to $165K. Specific offers are based on education, experience, skills, work location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
