Hiring Now: Join Fisher Asset Management, LLC as a Lead Salesforce Administrator and play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce initiatives from inception to completion.

In this exciting position, you will:
  • Administer Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs and align with our long-term goals.
  • Analyze and solve complex business and data processing challenges.
  • Manage Salesforce instances, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Oversee integration functions for Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure database integrity and accuracy through cleansing and duplicate record management.
  • Handle all Salesforce technical artifacts and data migrations.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce releases to align with functionality requirements.
  • Lead projects, set technical directions, and manage client expectations effectively.
What We Seek:

Ideal candidates will have:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience leading Salesforce initiatives, particularly with the Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  • Experience in developing system roadmaps, utilizing Salesforce features like process builder, sharing rules, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot deployment challenges and streamline processes.
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce environments, including sandbox refreshes and user permissions.
  • 6 years of experience with Enterprise CRM applications and third-party integrations.
  • 2 years of experience with Copado and version control tools like GIT or Bitbucket.
  • Copado Fundamentals I MP certification is required.
This is an in-office role located at our Plano, TX office. Telecommuting may be permissible under company policy, provided you reside within commuting distance.
