What You'll Be Doing
Every Lead Sales Support Agent working with us is responsible for:
- Generating sales to expand Verizon's network.
- Determining customers' needs based on their preferences and other factors.
- Utilize in-depth Verizon product knowledge to provide customers effective solutions.
- Proactively generating additional leads and making follow-up calls.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuously up-skill in operational functions.
What We'll Need From You
Every candidate for the Lead Sales Support Agent role is expected to have:
- A high school diploma or GED or its equivalent (required)
- Previous commission-based sales and customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
