As a key member of the store leadership team, you will collaborate with the Assistant and Store Manager to lead a talented team of Product Guides and enhance the guest experience. Your role encompasses all areas of the retail store, including experience, product, community, operations, and people, driven by a desire to evolve our practices.

You are committed to bold objectives both personally and professionally, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach on people, guest experience, and business needs. As an Arc'teryx Store Lead, here's what you'd be doing:
- Leading in alignment with the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values
- Supporting the in-store experience during your shift, maintaining awareness of sales floor activities
- Helping product guides deliver a world-class guest experience through technical product knowledge
- Leading from the floor 5 days a week to champion exceptional guest service
- Overseeing the five pillars of the business: experience, product, community, operations, and people
- Building community by sharing brand information and event details with team and guests
- Coaching and providing feedback to unlock team potential and meet targets
- Managing inventory throughout the day, including receiving, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Communicating company initiatives, policies, and priorities in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Using tools to manage sales targets, labor, and budgets
- Networking with partners to support events and maximize brand engagement
- Handling opening and closing procedures as designed by leadership
- Responding to store communications, including social media when required
- Rotating focus areas within the five pillars of the business
- Processing transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system

- One or more years of leadership and 1-2 years of retail experience
- Passionate about coaching and unlocking potential

- Able to enforce health and safety guidelines
- Proven ability to set vision, align teams, and foster commitment
- Strong time management and adaptability skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Expectations:
- Availability for key holiday shifts, including Black Friday and peak season
- Accountability for role responsibilities and supporting other duties as assigned
Availability Requirements:
- Minimum one open, one close, and one weekend shift weekly
- Availability reflecting business needs, including flexibility for changes
- Full-time (30-40 hours/week, 5 days)
