We have 3 urgent openings for " Lead React Node Developer". These are on-site roles in Reston, VA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, Express.js, and modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel).
- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and frontend design frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI).
- Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced agile environment.
