RevolutionParts is not just a pioneering force in the automotive eCommerce realm; we're actively seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our squad of Revolutionaries (yes, that's what we call ourselves.). As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. If you're ready to revolutionize the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories, consider joining our dynamic team of Revolutionaries.
At RevolutionParts, we're on a mission to transform how parts are bought and sold, helping dealers and manufacturers thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world. Data is central to that mission.
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager, Data Platform & Analytics to lead and scale our Data Platform so we can deliver actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll both manage a small team of analysts and dive deep into the data yourself-building dashboards, surfacing insights, and shaping decisions across the business. You'll partner closely with leaders in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to measure what matters, identify growth opportunities, and tell the story behind the numbers.
If you love using data to influence strategy, streamline operations, and drive measurable outcomes-and you're excited to bring order, clarity, and insight to a fast-growing business-we want to hear from you.
Please note that there is strong preference for candidates who live in the Phoenix, AZ, metropolitan area. However, we will consider those candidates who live in a surrounding state. Responsibilities - Own the vision and roadmap for data & reporting as a product. Build intuitive, scalable reporting experiences that help brands and retailers activate their data to drive eCommerce sales.
- Drive data platform excellence. Ensure our systems can ingest, enrich, and serve high-quality reporting and insights with strong observability and reliability.
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize what matters. Work closely with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and Product to align on the highest-impact work and unblock execution.
- Improve data quality and self-service. Enable internal teams with tools and processes to manage, troubleshoot, and enhance data-reducing support burden and accelerating outcomes.
- Think like a product owner. Balance short-term wins with long-term scalability, and take accountability for delivering results-not just features.
Requirements - 7+ years of technical product management experience, ideally in eCommerce, data platforms, or infrastructure-heavy environments
- Strong analytical mindset and data intuition-comfortable diving into data, identifying trends, and shaping product decisions based on insights
- Comfortable with SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages), with familiarity in tools likeLooker, Databricks, Tableau, etc.
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly using hypotheses and impact-driven frameworks; bias for action and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills-able to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from strategy through execution in fast-paced, agile environments
- Self-starter with a builder's mindset-proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in an entrepreneurial setting
- Thrives in dynamic environments; able to manage multiple priorities and move fast without losing focus on quality or outcomes
Nice to have - Automotive or aftermarket industry experience, with an understanding of the ecosystem and its key players
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams with metrics like CAC/LTV, attribution modeling, and channel optimization
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools to automate analysis, enrich datasets, or streamline reporting
- Background in financial modeling or experience partnering closely with FP&A on forecasting and budgeting
- Understanding of experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) and customer journey analytics
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment, mParticle) and data orchestration tools
$157,000 - $200,000 a year
