Description: Hybrid Role inGreenwood Village, CO. 4 days a week on-site As a Lead Product Designer specializing in UI/UX, your role involves crafting products and features that significantly enhance the consumer experience. You will create innovative solutions by collaborating with various teams and supporting both new and existing features across multiple applications. You will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions with a deep and passionate understanding of the entire design process. Recognized as a subject matter expert for multiple programs and systems, the design team oversees more than 40 digital experiences across different business lines, working with several cross-functional development and delivery teams to deliver these exceptional experiences to our customers. You will serve as a liaison between the Development teams, UX Research team, Product partners, and other design Leads within the design organization.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $63 - $73 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: - Bring proven knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from problem definition to launch.
- Be a fierce advocate of UX strategy through quality handoff to development teams.
- Lead the design of mockups to support product requirements.
- Design information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.
- Partner with the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency.
- Partner with Software Engineering teams to design feasible solutions.
- Develop, modify, enhance, and implement design specifications and assets suitable for implementation.
- Organize files and follows all established design patterns when applicable.
- Responsible for design and wireframe reviews and brainstorming sessions to help solve problems.
- Partner with the cross-functional team to understand expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables.
- Lead the greater design team to respond, clarify or define specific application look and feel.
- Mentor and coach the design team in best practices.
- Organize and assign work to other designers across the team.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall design and direction of the product.
Experience Requirements: - Digital design experience - 7+ years
- Experience with basic prototyping tools (Figma, etc.) - 3+ years
- Experience with common Interface Tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) - 3+ years
- Experience with project estimation
- Experience with creating and maintaining design systems
- Proven track record of shipping digital products and collaborating with software development teams
- Experience with planning and facilitating user research and usability tests
- Experience coaching and mentoring other designers
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
- Experience with coding language is a plus
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design/Art/HCI/Media/Related Field, or equivalent real-world experience

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
