Description
We are looking for a hard-working prep cook to be responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the cooking process. The prep cook is required to perform cooking and leadership duties such as, monitoring stock levels, butchering, sauce making, and general quality control. You will be responsible to take on culinary tasks as they arise. To be a successful prep cook, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and be willing to improve on the job

Requirements
  • 3+ years of kitchen experience
  • Servesafe preferred
  • Knowledge of temperatures and cuts
  • Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized station
  • Team Leader
  • Great communication

Company Information
The Sail Loft is a neighborhood family restaurant with items on our menu for everyone. In the past two years of being under Servedwell Hospitality's ownership, the restaurant has doubled sales since opening the doors, we have over 130 seats and plans underway to expand due to the tremendous success. Although we are right on the water, we are a year-round establishment that provides promotional events in all seasons. We are known for our high-quality creative dishes, paired with excellent service, in a one-of-a-kind location.
