MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Information System, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, a Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 3 years of related work experience will be accepted. Must have 2 years of experience in: Experience utilizing Agile Principles, including Agile frameworks, development methodologies and testing practices; Experience with Agile tools, including Jira, Jira Align, Miro, and Confluence; Experience with a customer-centric approach to defining, building, and releasing a continuous flow of valuable products and services to functional customers and users; Engaging with business partners to uncover business needs/challenges and deliver actionable analytics and insights solutions to drive business outcomes; Utilize hypothesis-driven approach to generate insights and actions in collaboration with business partners; Ability to navigate uncertainty through a data-driven evaluation and recommended options; Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques, and approaches; Designing applications used by clients; and, Experience with unit, interface and end user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non-functional). Must have 1 year of experience in: Utilization of technology stacks, Cloud Services, Software Development Lifecycle, Core Infrastructure components and interdependencies; and, Understanding data protection and data security principles and services, strong knowledge of data loss prevention, role-based access controls, data encryption, data access capture and core security services.
