The Lead Optimization Manager will play a critical role in leading a team to enhance our sales lead distribution model and processes. This role is responsible for analyzing, refining, and standardizing lead distribution ensuring a seamless update and execution of each account in Generac's network. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales workflows and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalability and effectiveness of programs to drive sales.

Job Duties:
  • Collaborate closely with business analytics, sales, and marketing teams to analyze trends, identify key insights, and drive data informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data to provide actionable insights
  • Own the management of a complex lead distribution model, ensuring efficient updates to documents, databases, and automated systems to optimize performance
  • Establish, document, and maintain a clear and standardized procedures for lead distribution workflows and policy enforcement to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Execute ongoing enhancements to the lead distribution model based on data analysis, business needs, and evolving market conditions, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs related to lead distribution and sales effectiveness, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Support the development and integration of automated tools to improve lead assignment, reduce manual efforts, and enhance overall sales operations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on lead distribution strategies, staying up to date with industry best practices, technical advancements, and competitive benchmarks
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
  • 4+ years working in sales operations, process optimization, or business operations
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Six Sigma
