As our Lead Occupational Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to oversee similar success stories, driving clinical excellence and supporting your team to deliver innovative and compassionate care.

What you'll be working:

Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, so if you require flexibility, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team, ensuring effective delivery of highly specialist services
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner to plan and prioritise complex clinical caseloads
  • Collaborate with patients and their families/carers to encourage participation in therapy
  • Supervise, teach, and appraise junior occupational therapists, assistants, students, and other team members
  • Contribute to planning, developing, and evaluating the Occupational Therapy service
  • Develop Occupational Therapy treatment programmes in collaboration with patients, carers, and other professionals
  • Participate in clinical audits, risk management, and incident reporting
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support colleagues in improving standards, quality, and professional development
  • Ensure safety and uphold human rights of patients
What you'll have:
  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation or related fields
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate
  • A passion for innovation and achieving outstanding patient outcomes
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
