Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr/Lead Technical Network Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, developing, and deploying network management platforms (EMS/NMS) for wireless (4G/LTE/5G) or wireline networks. This role focuses on building closed-loop automation solutions using microservices architecture, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and network automation frameworks. The candidate will play a critical role in advancing our network automation capabilities, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency in network operations.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Experience required (9 to 11 yrs )
  • Must have development experience in any wireless (4G/LTE/5G) or wireline network management platforms (EMS/NMS)
  • Good experience in design and development of closed loop solutions based on micro service architecture.
  • Extensive experience in object-oriented software and application design and development in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot .
  • Extensive Experience in deploying micro-services in containerizing and deploying containers in Kubernetes
  • Working experience in network automation domain such as MANO is required.
  • Experience in Orchestrator (like ONAP) or Non-RT RIC is good to have
  • Experience in service mesh deployment with Kubernetes is good to have
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment.
  • Familiarity with network management platforms (EMS/NMS) for 4G, LTE, 5G, or wireline networks.
  • Knowledge of network automation frameworks and tools.
  • Understanding of service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) is a plus.
  • Experience with orchestrators like ONAP or Non-RT RIC is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with service mesh deployment in Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with ONAP, Non-RT RIC, or similar orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for network automation deployments.
  • Understanding of network protocols and standards relevant to 4G/5G or wireline networks.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Certified Administrator, Java certifications) are a plus.
