Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead integration projects using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing APIs, managing integration architectures, and leading development teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role involves hands-on development and mentoring a team to build secure, high-performance integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Create and manage APIs, microservices, and data integration flows using MuleSoft.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of MuleSoft developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to define integration requirements and solutions.

• Implement reusable components and patterns to standardize integration flows.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations to improve performance and scalability.

• Implement security best practices in API development, including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.

• Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and ensure automated deployments.

• Monitor and manage integration environments, ensuring availability and performance.

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide the development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft and API-led connectivity.

• Proficiency in developing and deploying APIs, microservices, and ESB solutions using MuleSoft.

• Strong knowledge of Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and MuleSoft connectors.

• Experience integrating with various systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, databases, cloud services).

• Hands-on experience with DataWeave for complex data transformations.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

• Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth, JWT, and SSL.

• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing integration projects.

• Familiarity with DevOps and MuleSoft application monitoring.
Preferred Skills:

• MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with other integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, TIBCO) is a plus.

• Knowledge of integration patterns like request-response, pub-sub, and batch processing.
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Location & Travel:

• Remote position with potential occasional travel for project requirements
