Role: Lead Mobile Native App Developer - Android

Work Location: San Leandro, CA (Onsite)

Term: Fulltime-Permanent


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure 100% code coverage for line and branch using test automations.
  • Implement automation testing using BDD frameworks.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop scalable design solutions.
  • Implement resilient and secure code solutions to enhance customer journey experiences and digital capabilities to automate.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Leverage advanced troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality without sonar issues / vulnerabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS or Android mobile applications.
  • 8+ years of Android (Kotlin and Jetpack) development experience.
  • 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
  • 5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
  • Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
