Role: Lead Mobile Native App Developer - Android
Work Location: San Leandro, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure 100% code coverage for line and branch using test automations.
- Implement automation testing using BDD frameworks.
- Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop scalable design solutions.
- Implement resilient and secure code solutions to enhance customer journey experiences and digital capabilities to automate.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Leverage advanced troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Help maintain code quality without sonar issues / vulnerabilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS or Android mobile applications.
- 8+ years of Android (Kotlin and Jetpack) development experience.
- 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
- 5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
- Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
