Lead Machine Operator

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Medina, Ohio area Manufacturer seeks several Liquid Packaging Lead Machine Operators do to an increase in their business. REQUIREMENTS: High School, GED and/or Higher Level of Education with a Minimum of (6) months of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Candidates would have previous experience operating a Liquid Packaging Machine. Candidates will be trained to adhere to GMPS Standards - Good Manufacturing Practices, a system that ensures that manufactured productssuch as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical goodsare consistently produced and controlled according to set quality standards. Candidates must be open to learning how to operate and maintain the packaging equipment. Candidates shall be trained on how to clean and sanitize the equipment for liquid packaging, machine set-up, packaging & product material preparation, machine operation, visual product & packaging inspection, basic equipment troubleshooting, making minor machine adjustments, reporting issues, packing finished products for shipment, maintain daily records and prepares accurate and complete information. Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
