ad optimization and
recommendation systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive machine learning models aimed at ad optimization, personalization use cases, and recommendation systems.
- Create ML pipelines and production systems that leverage rich behavioral insights to enhance user experience and yield business ROI.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to formulate and implement impactful, ML-first product strategies.
- Drive experimentation and model assessments in a dynamic, data-intensive setting.
- Contribute to establishing scalable infrastructure using tools like Airflow, Spark, and CI/CD platforms.
- Work cross-functionally to bring innovative ML products from concept to market and continuously enhance them post-launch.
- Stay updated on emerging ML techniques in RecSys, behavioral modeling, and model optimization.
Qualifications: - Master's or PhD in a STEM discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in constructing and deploying machine learning systems in commercial environments.
- Robust expertise in AdTech or recommender systems (RecSys) with a solid grasp of personalization, targeting, or user intent modeling.
- Hands-on proficiency with orchestration tools (Airflow, Bazel), data infrastructure (Spark, SQL, Scala, or Python).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and production model monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks) and ML tools (MLFlow, TensorFlow, Kubernetes).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, paired with a product-oriented perspective.
- A proactive mindset with a readiness to tackle challenges-ideal for a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
Compensation and Benefits: - $300,000 - $350,000 base salary
