Responsibilities of the Lead Labor Relations Specialist:
- The Lead Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for all employee relations
- The Lead Labor Relations Specialist will conduct employee investigations and work with colleagues on labor relations issues
- Supervise a team of 2
- Follow set processes and procedures that are in place for the Human Resources team
Preferred Qualifications of the Lead Labor Relations Specialist:
- Strong understanding of labor relations
- 5+ years of experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable
Salary ranges from $90,000-$160,000
