  • Support Mission-critical financial applications with sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII data)
  • Monitor production jobs and ensure their scheduled execution
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure documents
  • Triage production issues and provide solutions as per Standard Operating Procedure documents
  • Document problem, solutions in the ticketing tools & knowledge base
  • Communicate appropriately & effectively with business, technical teams
  • Work well under pressure with a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage/assign tasks between team members
  • Monitor application health, perform application/service restarts as per Standard Operating Procedures Monitor, edit, create scheduler jobs
  • Deploy and manage applications, services on Microsoft Windows and cloud environments
  • Supporting Java/J2EE based applications involving Microservices
  • Strong documentation, communication skills (written and verbal) and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in any relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Writing queries, understanding DB processes
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience with product lifecycle & deployments
  • Experience working in Agile project
  • Time management, Project management skills
  • Any of Job schedulers - Autosys or Visual Cron or Control-M or Ansible or Cron
  • Any of the log analyzers - Splunk or Dynatrace or Datadog
  • Any of the application performance monitoring tools like New Relic, AppDynamics or Dynatrace
  • Cloud, Microservices, Message Queues, NoSQL, CI/CD
