Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with AI/ML experience to lead and integrate AI tools into our projects.

The role involves collaborating with developers, architects, and internal users to deliver innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI tool integration and collaborate with team members on proof-of-concepts and projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and application issues.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve architecture and coding best practices.
• Mentor other developers and conduct code reviews.
• Work with complex data models and manipulate large datasets.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong core Java development experience.
• Experience with Azure for application deployment.
• Advanced problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to change.
• Experience in AI/ML tools and their integration.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science (advanced degree preferred).
