This position requires a hybrid schedule with two days onsite weekly. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $77 - $85 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Work as a Technical Lead to Install, configure, and deploy Radiant Logic systems, including migrating code and data and automating system integration. Participate in system development, including design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of ICAM solutions. Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to support User Life-Cycle Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex technical solutions. Provide secure access to applications, systems, and data using advanced authentication methods. Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Experience Requirements: Previous experience as a Technical Lead on a Radiant Logic project with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Directory Services, Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) and Federated Identity Management (FIM). 7+ years' experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Linux/Windows servers, as well as database and application servers. Familiarity with Virtual Machines, Containers, and F5 Load Balancing. Knowledge of coding languages such as Java and JavaScript is a plus. Experience in DevOps pipeline development preferred.
