As a
Lead Home Care Aide, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare's Home Care Team, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

The
Lead Home Care Aide is our field hero.
As a Lead Home Care Aide, you will:
- Provide direct patient care and incidental activities of daily living assistance in accordance with the plan of care in the home setting. Assist in administering medications ordinarily self-administered
- Conduct starts of care (SOCs), perform check in visits with existing clients, provide as-needed coverage to ensure high quality and consistent care for our clients
- Provide an example for Aides throughout the Region in both the personification of our Interim values and the type of caregiving our team should aspire to
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed, and document observations, activities and service provided in an accurate, complete and timely manner
- Assists, performs and trains patient/client and family in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting and elimination and adequate nutritional intake
- Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
To qualify for a Lead Home Care Aide with us, you will need:
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
- Any training required by state and federal law and regulation
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
