Requirements:
  • Upper-intermediate level of English - strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience with Upwork lead generation - from setting up and optimizing a profile to crafting tailored bids and managing client communication
  • Solid grasp of B2B sales and experience selling IT outsourcing / outstaffing services
  • Confident user of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Copper, HubSpot)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to tailor bids to client needs
  • Comfortable working US business hours (East & West Coast)
  • Able to manage multiple proposals and conversations in parallel
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Upwork automation tools
  • Familiarity with startup environments or founder-led sales
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads on Upwork - from profile setup to proposal submission
  • Write clear, tailored bids aligned with client needs, ICP and our positioning
  • Collaborate with the growth team to align messaging and improve win-rate
  • Track outreach performance, analyze patterns, and run A/B tests to optimize lead-gen strategy
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within our niche
  • Maintain and update CRM records for clear pipeline visibility
  • Use AI tools to streamline and scale lead generation efforts
