Fintech's Lead Generation Specialist's primary role will be to identify, target, and capture net new business leads using lead generation strategies and tactics best suited for the industry, persona, and company targets that deliver expected results. These results are measured through specific KPIs that include, but are not limited to, the volume of qualified leads delivered successfully into the top of the sales funnel and campaign performance.

Essential Functions:
  • Managing prospect database to ensure the highest level of potential success and to clearly monitor prospect interactions and information (e.g., consistency with cleansing, refreshing, and ensuring the best use of capabilities)
  • Researching target markets to identify best channels for communications and ad placements
  • Creating lead generation strategies for campaigning
  • Identifying interest in product versus intent to buy - delivering a strong strategy focus on intent to buy to elevate quality of leads delivered
  • Qualifying leads through direct contact as needed
  • Understanding of all products, personas, value props, pain points, and lead qualifications
  • Establishing and implementing prospect marketing journeys
  • Tracking lead statuses
  • Tracking campaign performance with manager
  • Understanding the sales process and goals
  • Using lead tracking tools / multiple data points - interpret the data and apply learnings
  • Tracking personal KPIs
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of B2B lead generation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Established, proven success in lead generation
  • Proficient in using data & data tools to make informed campaign decisions
  • Skilled in tracking and presenting data insights
  • PowerPoint
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing automation platforms and system management (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot)
  • Proficient in utilizing Salesforce CRM
  • Skilled in creating marketing automation workflows
  • Experience using LinkedIn Navigator or other prospecting tools a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
