Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying high-value prospects, building outbound strategies, and filling the top of the funnel for our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our founders and sales leadership to refine our ICP and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and qualify prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Manage and enrich our CRM with accurate, up-to-date lead data
- Track and report on lead generation performance metrics
- Conduct research on target accounts and industries to support personalization and targeting
- Continuously iterate on outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
- Proven success in outbound lead generation and top-of-funnel pipeline creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, learn, and iterate
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
