We are now scaling our performance-first outbound engine, and we're looking for doers who can prove their ability to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through disciplined prospecting, engagement, and follow-up.
What You'll Own
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be expected to independently deliver 30-40 SQLs per month through a mix of outbound calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Identify, segment, and qualify 30-40 BANT-ready SQLs/month
- Run structured cold calling (60+ dials/day), LinkedIn DMs, and outbound emails
- ️ Build and execute cold email cadences and drip campaigns in Apollo.io
- Use Apollo.io, Zoho CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Engage with CXOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads across India, UAE, and Southeast Asia
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene with accurate tagging, notes, and lead status

Trial-to-Hire Structure: Prove Before You Get Paid
To ensure accountability, this role follows a performance-first onboarding model:
- First 30 Days: Proving phase with a target of minimum 10 SQLs
- Trial Pay: 25,000- 30,000 based on achieving target
- Full CTC Activation: 7L - 10L (Fixed + Performance) only upon conversion
- No SQLs = No full-time confirmation or payout
This is not an internship. It is a trial-to-hire role strictly for candidates who have prior execution experience and are confident in generating results independently.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of B2B IT or SaaS outbound sales experience
- Proven track record in cold email, calling, and SQL booking
- Deep working knowledge of Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoho CRM
- Fluent in English with excellent business communication
- Strong grasp of the BANT qualification framework
- High ownership mindset, persistence, and willingness to work onsite (Bangalore)
