Location: Greensboro, NC
Salary: $60,000 + Metric-Based Bonuses
Benefits: $400/month Stipend for Health, Company Car + Gas, Laptop, phone, PTO, Holidays
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: M-F, 40+ hours (after hours as necessary when networking)
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: locally during work hours, occasional nights or Saturday tradeshows, and networking
Territory: 1 hour in all directions from Greensboro

Lead Generation Specialist Description

Our client in the commercial building services industry is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to add to their team in Greensboro, NC. Reporting to the Owner, you will network, make cold calls, and follow warm leads to warm up potential clients. You will then work with colleagues to pass those leads off. Our client is looking for someone energetic, who likes to engage with people, builds lasting relationships, and has a knack for networking. You will grow the commercial side of the business by nurturing existing accounts 40% of the time and prospecting for new leads 60% of the time. You will love this role if you are comfortable cold calling, knocking on doors, and taking potential clients to events. Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with current customers

• Generate leads and follow up until passing off to the sales team

• Make in-person monthly client visits to the top accounts

• Construct monthly giveaways and weekly games for clients

• Identify new verticals and initiate a marketing campaign to target new business

• Cold call and email potential leads

• Update internal CRM with all client activities

• Attend networking events as necessary to grow lead potential

• Reach out proactively by taking clients for coffee, luncheons, and happy hours

• Attend home shows and help run the booths

• Host Lunch and Learn Presentations for prospective clients

• Create Commercial Case Studies and other updates for website

• Create content for social media and monthly newsletter

Lead Generation Specialist Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lead Generation, Networking, Business Dev, or Sales experience required

• Ability to travel locally required (Company Car + Gas provided)
