Lead Generation & Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) Location: Boca Raton, FL Hours: 15-25 hours/week, 3-4 days/week Pay: $15-$17/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

This role is a combination of outbound lead generation and client support. You'll play a key part in helping us grow new business while ensuring our existing clients get timely, friendly, and accurate service.

Your daily responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective businesses via phone and email to generate qualified sales appointments

Reconnect with past clients to spark new conversations and revive relationships

Respond to inbound calls and emails quickly, with professionalism and warmth

Follow up on open quotes and assist with job status questions

Keep notes and client info neatly updated in our CRM (Pipedrive)

What Success Looks Like

Set 25-30 qualified appointments per quarter

Reactivate 6-8 past clients per quarter

Respond to client inquiries in under 2 business hours

Accurately log all outreach and client interactions

Proactively follow up on quotes within 3 business days

What You'll Get

Hourly Pay: $15-$17/hour based on experience

Performance Bonuses: Typical quarterly bonus range: $100-$600, based on your results

Flexible Hours: 3-4 days/week, with room to grow for the right person

What You Bring to the Table

You're confident on the phone, upbeat in your communication, and know how to make people feel comfortable

You're the kind of person who double-checks details, responds quickly, and doesn't let tasks fall through the cracks

You enjoy keeping things organized, staying on top of your to-dos, and being a go-to team member

You've worked in a front-desk, sales support, CSR, or inside sales role before-and you know how to balance friendliness with follow-through

Bonus if you've worked in print, signage, marketing, or any client-facing service business
