Summary:
Trailer Bridge is looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our Marketing team in a Lead Generation role. This position sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, playing an integral role in supporting our sales pipeline through strategic research, CRM management, and engagement support. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, actionable data in our CRM and be responsible for the processes that drive efficient lead capture, qualification, and handoff to our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, technology, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Gatekeeper: Ensure data integrity within our CRM tools (Mastermind/HubSpot), including new lead entry and contact maintenance to maintain accurate records.
- CRM Form Administrator: Own and manage the intake, approval, and execution of CRM form requests; communicate status updates and completions to sales stakeholders.
- Prospect Research: Conduct detailed research using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, industry publications and others to identify high-potential leads to support the organization's various verticals.
- Industry Intelligence Research: Perform ongoing market and industry research to uncover trends, competitor activity, etc., to support business development initiatives.
- Lead Outreach & Sequencing: Coordinate and manage first-touch outreach to new prospects using approved sequencing tools and messaging strategies.
- Sales Support: Conduct light outbound calling and email campaigns to engage leads, qualify interest, and set the stage for deeper sales conversations related to tradeshow participation and others as needed.
- Event & Tradeshow Support: Research event attendee lists, identify priority contacts, and support follow-up communications post-trade show to maximize lead conversion in support of sales team.
- Reporting Support: Work with the Marketing Manager to provide regular reporting on lead generation activity, performance metrics, and CRM hygiene as part of the team's monthly/quarterly reporting structure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies, share market feedback, and continuously refine targeting efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support or marketing preferred
- Comfortable working across technology platforms: Microsoft products, online tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and possess strong initiative, analytical skills, and an ability to operate with a high level of productivity.
- Comfortable making light outbound calls to qualify or confirm prospect information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
